Kyereh makes Bundesliga switch
FC St. Pauli have agreed terms with SC Freiburg for the transfer of attacking midfielder Daniel-Kofi Kyereh to the Bundesliga outfit, who will be competing in the Europa League next season. The two clubs have agreed not to disclose any details of the transfer.

Johannes Eggestein joins Boys in Brown from Royal Antwerp
FC St. Pauli have signed a new striker in Johannes ‘Jojo’ Eggestein, who moves to Hamburg from Belgian top-division club Royal Antwerp. The Hannover native had previously played for Linzer ASK in Austria as well as Werder Bremen and TSV Havelse.

Boukhalfa: "From day one I've been treated like I've been here for ages"
Carlo Boukhalfa made an immediate impression in training and confirmed his good form in the 13-0 friendly win at MTV Hetlingen, getting on the scoresheet twice in a decent performance. On Monday afternoon, the new recruit took time out to answer questions from the media after training.

FC St. Pauli cruised to a 13-0 victory in their first pre-season friendly at seventh-tier MTV Hetlingen on Sunday afternoon. Lukas Daschner (2), David Nemeth (2), Serhat Imsak, Etienne Amenyido and Franz Roggow were all on target before the interval, with Jakov Medić, Carlo Boukhalfa (2), Marcel Beifus, Niklas Jessen and Marcel Hartel adding to the tally in the second half.

Boys in Brown to kick off new campaign at home to Nürnberg
The German Football League (DFL) announced the fixture list for the 2022/23 season on Friday morning and the Boys in Brown will kick off with a home game against FC Nürnberg on Saturday, 16 July, or Sunday, 17 July. The first of two local derbies against HSV will take place in mid-October, with the reverse fixture scheduled for April.
