Tickets

Here you will find general information about how to get a ticket for home matches, away matches and the Millerntour.

Tickets for home matches

Please note the following information on ticket sales for home matches:

Generally, we sell tickets in blocks, which means that tickets go on sale for two or three games at the same time. Usually the sale will start after the exact scheduling of the games by the DFL. Tickets will first be offered for purchase to our club members.

Tickets can be ordered by phone and online via Eventim. If there are any tickets left for these games after the members sale, the remaining tickets will go on general sale. These tickets can be purchased from the ticket office at the ground, the call centre (+49-1806-997719) or online via eventim.de. Please use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Other browsers (e.g. Safari) could lead to problems when ordering. General information can be found here.

***

A few tickets remain for the home game against Darmstadt on 19 October (1300 CET) and can be purchased from the ticket office only.

No tickets are currently available for the home game against Karlsruhe on 2 November (1300 CET).

***

Tickets for the home games against Eintracht Frankfurt (DFB Cup) on Wednesday, 30 October (2045 CET), and Hannover 96 on Saturday, 30 November (1300 CET), went on sale initially to members only on Tuesday, 24 September. As the fans of these teams have taken up their full contingent, no tickets are available for these games. Should anything change in this respect, we will post details here.

A few tickets remain in Block N5 for the game against VfL Bochum on Friday, 8 November (1830 CET) and can be purchased by telephone or from the Millerntor ticket office.

Tickets for the last two home games of the year against SV Wehen Wiesbaden on Saturday, 14 December (1300 CET) and Arminia Bielefeld on Saturday, 21 December (1300 CET) are likely to go on sale in calendar week 46 (11-17 November). Further information will be posted in due course.

Standing tickets for the game at Erzgebirge Aue on Friday, 22 November (1830 CET), will go on open sale online and at the Millerntor ticket office at 1000 CET on Thursday, 24 October. Up to eight tickets can be purchased at a time. Seat tickets are in short supply, however, and can be ordered by ordered by anyone living more than 50km from the Millerntor (irrespective of whether they are members or season ticket holders) from 1000 CET on Tuesday, 22 October, by sending an email to auswaertskarten@fcstpauli.com, quoting the following details:

  • Address of the recipient and telephone number
  • Membership/season ticket status, if applicable, including membership or ticket number
  • Ticket preference (standing or seat) and alternative preference if the standing section sold out
  • If you wish to order tickets for other members/season ticket holders, please quote names and membership/ST numbers

Members and season ticket holders living less than 50km from the Millerntor will be granted priority as far as the seat tickets are concerned. These tickets will go on sale on Thursday, 24 October (1000 CET). Members and season ticket holders can purchase two seat tickets for themselves plus two seat tickets for an additional member/season ticket holder, i.e. a maximum of four seat tickets, on presentation of the relevant season tickets/membership cards. Any remaining seat tickets will go on general sale on Friday, 25 October. If local demand is not so high, we reserve the right to allocate more tickets to fans submitting written orders.

We have received 1,600 standing and 180 seat tickets from Aue. The Fanladen will receive 500 standing and 10 seat tickets, leaving 1,100 standing and 170 seat tickets at the ticket office. Of this number, 425 standing and 15 seat tickets are earmarked for holders of away season tickets, which leaves a total of 675 standing and 155 seat tickets. Of these, supporters living more than 50km from the Millerntor will receive 78 seat tickets. Roughly the same number of tickets will go on sale here in Hamburg.

Wheelchair users are kindly requested to send an email to auswaertskarten@fcstpauli.com. Please note that a small number of people go to almost every away game and usually enjoy priority when tickets are allocated.

Prices

  • Standing (Block G1): EUR 15.00
  • Standing, concessions (Block G1): EUR 12.50
  • Seats (Block G2): EUR 22.50
  • Wheelchair users: EUR 11.50

Tickets for the game at SSV Regensburg on Sunday, 8 December (1330 CET), can be ordered by anyone living more than 50 km from the Millerntor (irrespective of whether they are members or season ticket holders or not) at 1000 CET on Tuesday, 15 October (1000 CET), by sending an email to auswaertskarten@fcstpauli.com, quoting the following details:

  • Address of the recipient and telephone number
  • Membership/season ticket status, if applicable, including membership or ticket number
  • Ticket preference (standing or seat) and alternative preference if the standing section sold out
  • If you wish to order tickets for other members/season ticket holders, please quote names and membership/ST numbers

And because we are forever being asked, you can, of course, order the amount of tickets you think you will need. However, it will be down to us to set criteria for allocating tickets if demand outstrips the supply, especially if the contingent we receive is a modest one. It may be the case, then, that we can offer only one (standing) ticket per membership/season ticket. We are the point of contact for 30,000 members and 15,000 season ticket holders who all, in theory, have first option on tickets. It is therefore obvious that – in the interest of fairness – we will have to reduce the amount of tickets we can allocate to individual purchasers! We trust you will understand.

Local ticket sales are likely to commence at the end of October/beginning of November (calendar weeks 44/45). An announcement will be made on the website in due course. Allocation criteria will be set according to the size of the contingent we receive and the demand for tickets. Members and season ticket holders will be granted priority, of course. Further information on dates, contingents and prices will be announced in due course.
