Here you will find general information about how to get a ticket for home matches, away matches and the Millerntour.
Tickets for home matches
Please note the following information on ticket sales for home matches:
Generally, we sell tickets in blocks, which means that tickets go on sale for two or three games at the same time. Usually the sale will start after the exact scheduling of the games by the DFL. Tickets will first be offered for purchase to our club members.
Tickets can be ordered by phone and online via Eventim. If there are any tickets left for these games after the members sale, the remaining tickets will go on general sale. These tickets can be purchased from the ticket office at the ground, the call centre (+49-1806-997719) or online via eventim.de. Please use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Other browsers (e.g. Safari) could lead to problems when ordering. General information can be found here.
The members sale for the last two home games of the season against Jahn Regensburg on Saturday, 27 April (1300 CET), and VfL Bochum on Sunday, 12 May (1530 CET), took place on Tuesday, 26 March.
All tickets for the home games against Jahn Regensburg and VfL Bochum have now been sold. A few VIP tickets do remain available for the Regensburg game, however.
A list of the games on sale can be found here.
The official ticket exchange (in German) is integrated in the online ticket shop.
If you have any questions about tickets for home games, or if you require a login for the online ticket shop, you can reach us by email at email@example.com or telephone on +49 40 31787451 (no ticket orders).
Tickets for away matches
All tickets for the game at FC Heidenheim on Sunday, 21 April (1330 CET), have now been sold.
Standing and seat tickets for the game at Dynamo Dresden on Friday, 3 May (1830 CET), can be ordered online from Monday, 8 April (1000 CET). Up to eight tickets can be ordered at any one time. It is not possible to select seats from a stadium plan; you can only book a specific quantity. On receipt of payment, we will allocate seats adjacent to each other or together, subject to availability, and dispatch them. Standing and seat tickets can, of course, be purchased at the Millerntor ticket office as soon as they go on sale.
We have received 1,800 standing and 670 seat tickets from Dresden. The Fanladen will receive 650 standing and 20 seat tickets, leaving 1,150 standing and 650 seat tickets at the ticket office. Of this number, 350 standing and 20 seat tickets are earmarked for holders of away season tickets, which leaves a total of 800 standing and 630 seat tickets.
Wheelchair users are kindly requested to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that a small number of people go to almost every away game and usually enjoy priority when tickets are allocated.
- Standing (Block S): 16 euros
- Standing, concessions (Block S): 13.50 euros
- Seats (first Block T2, then T3): 23 euros
- Wheelchair users: 13.50 euros
Tickets for the final away game of the season at Greuther Fürth on Sunday, 19 May (1530 CET), are set to go on sale soon. All standing tickets for this fixture have been reserved for the Fanladen and holders of an away season ticket. The Fanladen traditionally organises a football special to the last away game of the season, and we always support the club fan project by making more tickets available than usual. As a result, we can only offer seat tickets for sale.
Anyone living more than 50 km from the Millerntor wishing to order seat tickets should send an email email@example.com from 1000 CET on Tuesday, 16 April, quoting the following details:
- Address of the recipient
- Telephone number
- Membership/season ticket status, if applicable, including membership or ticket number
- If you wish to order tickets for other members/season ticket holders, please quote names and membership/ST numbers
As usual, we will process all requests in chronological order based on the day of receipt and respond via email in due course. Orders from members and season ticket holders will be given priority. The number of seat tickets a member or season ticket holder will be able to order will be decided flexibly according to the demand (anyone who is a member AND a season ticket holder will only be able to order once not twice).
Members and season ticket holders living less than 50 km from the Millerntor will have the right of first refusal on Thursday, 18 April. Tickets will go on sale at the ticket office at 1000 CET! Members and season ticket holders can purchase two seat tickets for themselves and for one other member/season ticket holder on presentation of their season ticket/membership cards, i.e. a total of four tickets. There will be no online sale for this game. Any remaining tickets will go on general sale at 1000 CET on Saturday, 20 April.
We have received 1,400 standing and 900 seat tickets from Fürth. The Fanladen will receive 1,050 standing tickets and 60 seat tickets, leaving 350 standing and 840 seat tickets at the ticket office. Of this number, 350 standing and 20 seat tickets are earmarked for holders of away season tickets, which leaves a total of 820 seat tickets. Of these, 410 will go to supporters living more than 50 km from the Millerntor. The same number will go to locally based fans. If local demand is not so high, we may be able to allocate more tickets to people who have ordered in writing.
Wheelchair users are also requested to send us an email, regardless of where they live. Please be aware, however, that there is a small number of people who go to almost every away game and who usually enjoy priority.
- Standing (Block O): 17 euros

- Seats (Block P): 30 euros
- Wheelchair users: 10 euros
