Here you will find general information about how to get a ticket for home matches, away matches and the Millerntour.
Tickets for home matches
Please note the following information on ticket sales for home matches:
Generally, we sell tickets in blocks, which means that tickets go on sale for two or three games at the same time. Usually the sale will start after the exact scheduling of the games by the DFL. Tickets will first be offered for purchase to our club members.
Tickets can be ordered by phone and online via Eventim. If there are any tickets left for these games after the members sale, the remaining tickets will go on general sale. These tickets can be purchased from the ticket office at the ground, the call centre (+49-1806-997719) or online via eventim.de. Please use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Other browsers (e.g. Safari) could lead to problems when ordering. General information can be found here.
Tickets for the second home game of the season against Holstein Kiel on Monday, 26 August (200 CET), have now sold out.
Tickets for the home game against HSV on Monday, 16 September (2030 CET) sold out within a few hours of going on sale to members. The only place to get hold of one now is the official ticket exchange, which is integrated in our online shop. Do not attempt to purchase tickets from unauthorised sellers such as Viagogo and eBay as you will be denied entry to the ground.
A list of the games on sale can be found here.
The official ticket exchange (in German) is integrated in the online ticket shop.
