Up to three matches will be go on sale at the same time. The sale dates will be announced via our Homepage or social media in advance. Tickets usually will first be offered for purchase to our club members.
Tickets can be ordered via...
... our official Ticket Onlineshop
... telephone (+49-1806-997719)
... our ticket office ("Kartencenter") at the ground
General information can be found here.
If a match is sold out, you can try to get a ticket via our official ticket resale which is integrated in the Ticket Onlineshop. Supporters are able to buy and sell tickets usually until the day before the game, sometimes even on matchday.
The game against VfB Stuttgart on Saturday, 1 February (1300 CET), is a sell-out. Tickets may become available on the official ticket exchange, however.
Tickets for the home games against Dynamo Dresden on Friday, 14 February (1830 CET), VfL Osnabrück on Sunday, 1 March (1330 CET) and FC Nürnberg on Sunday, 15 March (1330 CET) will go on sale to members at 0900 CET on Tuesday, 21 January. Any remaining tickets will go on sale to existing customers a day later on Wednesday, 22 January (from 0900 CET). No general sale is planned for these fixtures.
Members must have joined the club before 1 December 2019 and can order tickets only for themselves and not on behalf of other members.

All members already in possession of a season subscription (season ticket, South Stand year standing ticket, or season package) can purchase up to two seat tickets per game.
As usual, tickets in the members sale can only be purchased online or by telephone.

An existing customer is anyone who has purchased a ticket from us online or by phone before 1 December 2019 and is therefore registered with us. Existing customers can order up to two tickets per game (maximum one standing ticket).
These tickets can be purchased online, by telephone or from the ticket office.
As usual, South Stand standing tickets for all three games will also be available at the ticket office on Wednesday, 22 January.

Tickets for away matches
Tickets for the game at Greuther Fürth on Tuesday, 28 January (2030 CET), went on sale online and from the ticket office on Monday, 2 December.
We have received 1,400 standing and 400 seat tickets from Fürth. Additional seats can be made available, if required. The Fanladen will receive 250 standing tickets, leaving 1,150 standing and 400 seat tickets at the ticket office. Of this number, 425 standing and 15 seat tickets are earmarked for holders of away season tickets (AST), which leaves a total of 725 standing and 385 seat tickets.
Up to eight tickets can be ordered online at any one time. It is not possible to select seats from a stadium plan; you can only book a specific quantity. On receipt of payment, we will allocate seats adjacent to each other or grouped together, subject to availability, and dispatch them. Tickets can, of course, be purchased at the Millerntor ticket office as soon as they go on sale.
Please use your usual login data. If you already have an account for the online shop, please use it and DO NOT create another one! If you've forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password function to reset it.
You can now only log in to the ticket shop using your email address (rather than your user name). If you haven't already changed your login, you will have to do once you have logged in. Please note that only one email address can be used per person. If you have any questions or any problems logging in, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wheelchair users are also requested to send us an email to email@example.com. Please be aware, however, that a small number of people go to almost every away game and usually enjoy priority.
