Here you will find general information about how to get a ticket for home matches, away matches and the Millerntour.
Tickets for home matches
Please note the following information on ticket sales for home matches:
Generally, we sell tickets in blocks, which means that tickets go on sale for two or three games at the same time. Usually the sale will start after the exact scheduling of the games by the DFL. Tickets will first be offered for purchase to our club members.
Tickets can be ordered by phone and online via Eventim. If there are any tickets left for these games after the members sale, the remaining tickets will go on general sale. These tickets can be purchased from the ticket office at the ground, the call centre (+49-1806-997719) or online via eventim.de. Please use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Other browsers (e.g. Safari) could lead to problems when ordering. General information can be found here.
The home game against Hamburger SV on Sunday, 10 March (1330 CET) have sold out but the official ticket exchange (in German), which is integrated in the online ticket shop, is now open.
With the exception of a few VIP tickets, tickets for the home game against Erzgebirge Aue (16 February), FC Ingolstadt (23 February) and den MSV Duisburg (29 March) on Tuesday, 22 January, have now sold out.
A list of the games on sale can be found here.
The official ticket exchange (in German) is integrated in the online ticket shop.
If you have any questions about tickets for home games, or if you require a login for the online ticket shop, you can reach us by email at email@example.com or telephone on +49 40 31787451 (no ticket orders).
Tickets for away matches
Tickets for the games at FC Cologne on Friday, 8 February 2019 (1830 CET) and SV Darmstadt 98 on Tuesday, 29 January (2030 CET) have now sold out.
Tickets for the game at SC Paderborn on Saturday, 2 March (1300 CET), will go on sale to members and season ticket holders living less than 50km from the Millerntor at 1000 CET on Monday, 28 January. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office only; there will be no online sale for this game. Any remaining tickets will go on general sale at 1000 CET on Tuesday, 29 January.
We have received 2,050 standing and 500 seat tickets from Paderborn. The Fanladen will receive 650 standing and 100 seat tickets, leaving 1,400 standing and 400 seat tickets at the ticket office. Of this number, 350 standing tickets are earmarked for holders of away season tickets, which leaves a total of 1,050 standing and 400 seat tickets. Of these, supporters living more than 50km from the Millerntor, who have been able to order tickets since 8 January, will receive 525 standing and 200 seat tickets. The same number of tickets will go on sale here in Hamburg. If local demand is not so high, we will allocate tickets to fans who have submitted orders, if applicable.
Priority is given to members and season ticket holders. Members and season ticket holders living less than 50km from the Millerntor will have the right of first refusal on Monday, 28 January (1000 CET). Members and season ticket holders can purchase three standing or seat tickets for themselves and for three additional member/season ticket holders on presentation of their season ticket/membership card, i.e. a total of 12 tickets altogether.
We expect our contingent will be large enough for us to meet all ticket requests for this fixture.
All members or season ticket holders living more than 50km from the Millerntor who have placed an order for a standing ticket will receive an answer in calendar week 4 or 5. We expect to be able to meet all such ticket requests for this fixture. As usual, we will process all requests in chronological order based on the day of receipt.
All non-members and non-season ticket holders living more than 50km from the Millerntor who have placed an order for a ticket will receive an answer in calendar week 5. We will probably be able to meet all these orders as well. It may be the case that those who ordered a standing ticket may be offered a seat ticket.
Regardless of whether you are a member or a season ticket holder or not, you are still free to order tickets by submission of an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (please indicate your address).
Wheelchair users are also requested to send us an email. Please be aware that there is a small number of people who go to almost every away game and who usually enjoy priority.
- Standing: €15.50
- Standing, concessions (ASTHs and Fanladen): €13.50
- Seats: €30

Tickets for the game at Sandhausen on Saturday, 16 March (1300 CET) can be ordered online from Thursday, 7 February (1000 CET). Up to eight tickets can be ordered at any one time. It is not possible to select seats from a stadium plan; you can only book a specific quantity. On receipt of payment, we will allocate seats adjacent to each other or together, subject to availability, and dispatch them. Standing and seat tickets can, of course, be purchased at the Millerntor ticket office as soon as they go on sale.
We have received 2,750 standing and 600 seat tickets from Sandhausen. The Fanladen will receive 400 standing and 100 seat tickets, leaving 2,350 standing and 500 seat tickets at the ticket office. Of this number, 350 standing tickets are earmarked for holders of away season tickets, which leaves a total of 2,000 standing and 500 seat tickets.
Wheelchair users are kindly requested to send an email to email@example.com. Please note that a small number of people go to almost every away game and usually enjoy priority when tickets are allocated.

Please be aware that tickets for the game at Holstein Kiel on Saturday (6 April, 1300 CET) will be in very short supply, as we expect to receive around 1,300 tickets only. Taking away the tickets reserved for holders of an away season ticket and the Fanladen, we will have just 450 tickets or so available. No matter how we organise the sale, we will not come anywhere close to satisfying all requests for tickets. We trust you will understand.
We have decided (as for the HSV game) to offer tickets for sale online only. There will be local sale of tickets, nor will you be able to order by email. All members and fans in possession of a season subscription (season ticket, South Stand year standing ticket, or season package) will have first option to purchase on ticket for this fixture. There will and can be no general sale!
More detailed information will be announced in early to mid-February, so please watch this space!
