FC St. Pauli had to settle for a 1-1 draw with Karlsruher SC in the final game of the season on Sunday. The Boys in Brown dominated from the off in front of a capacity crowd, but it was the visitors who took the lead through Fabian Schleusener on the stroke of half-time. Leart Paqarada grabbed a deserved 58th minute equaliser on his final appearance for the club but for all their superiority the Hürzeler XI were unable to find a winner.

FC St. Pauli sign Hauke Wahl
FC St. Pauli have added another player to their squad for next season with the signing of Hauke Wahl from Holstein Kiel. The 29-year-old centre-back has made 302 league and cup appearances to date, scoring 14 goals and providing eight assists in that time.
BOYS IN BROWN EDGE OUT KIEL BY ODD GOAL IN SEVEN
FC St. Pauli emerged victorious from their final away game of the season, beating Holstein Kiel by four goals to three on Friday evening. The Hürzeler XI fell behind to a 28th minute penalty by Steven Skrzybski but Dapo Afolayan restored parity before the break. A Hauke Wahl own goal, Lukas Daschner from the edge of the area, and another own goal by Mikkel Kirkeskov gave the Boys in Brown a 4-1 lead before like strikes from Marco Komenda and Fabian Reese made for an exciting finale. Afolayan also saw a second yellow just before the end.

FC St. Pauli were held to a goalless draw by Fortuna Düsseldorf in the weekend’s top fixture on Saturday evening. The Boys in Brown dictated the proceedings in front of a sell-out crowd at the Millerntor but were unable to make any of their chances count. Marcel Hartel came closest to breaking the deadlock on the stroke of half-time when his shot smacked back off the crossbar.
Roggow to join Borussia Dortmund II from next season
Franz Roggow is set to leave FC St. Pauli to join Borussia Dortmund's second team at the end of the season after five years with the club. The 20-year-old midfielder's contract with the Boys in Brown expires when the current campaign ends.
