FC St. Pauli

Christiane Hollander informed the club in the year just ended of her intention to step down from the presidential board with effect from 31 January 2024. Her wish to have more time for her professional and private activities was accepted by the club boards along with her resignation.

FC St. Pauli are delighted to announce the appointment of Wilken Engelbracht as the club's new commercial director from 1 November. Engelbracht will head up the business area, which includes the operations department (finance and HR) and the marketing department (including merchandise and ticketing). Club president Oke Göttlich said the club and the business were gaining an experienced and conscientious executive in Engelbracht, whose attitudes and ambitious targets matched those of FC St. Pauli.

Club president Oke Göttlich thanked head coach Fabian Hürzeler and director of sport Andreas Bornemann for a highly successful second half of the season and said FC St. Pauli would continue to do its utmost for the football side of the operation. The economic situation remains difficult, however, compounded by the fact that the club has decided not to sign any more deals with sports betting companies.
