FC ST. PAULI POSTS PROFIT AGAIN

FC St. Pauli ended the 2023/24 financial year with a profit. The concern reported net income for the financial year of 188,020 euro as at 30 June 2024.

Revenue and other income increased to 80,032.723 euro in the past financial year (63,697.8523 euro in the previous year). The main driver of the increase was increased broadcasting revenue from the league and the DFB Cup (progression to the quarter-finals), transfer receipts and higher income from the sale of hospitality tickets, for example, and merchandise.

FC St. Pauli commercial director Wilken Engelbracht said: "Achieving promotion to the Bundesliga isn't easy. Neither is getting promoted with a below the line profit. We achieved this success together thanks to a fantastic on-pitch performance and record revenues in various areas. The next major objective is to stay in the Bundesliga in profit and achieve our financial targets with the newly formed FCSP cooperative.“
