DITTGEN: "WHEN YOU LEAD TWICE AT HOME YOU WANT TO SEE IT OUT"

After the 2-2 draw against SC Paderborn, here's our recap of what the two head coaches and some of the players had to say.

Head coach Timo Schultz: "We started the game well we unfortunately we didn't exert any pressure on the ball after that. We should have done better in that respect. After going 2-1 up we had two big chances that could have settled it if we'd taken them. If you look at the way the game unfolded, though, a draw is a fair result. We'll take the point. We have to work hard in training to get back to winning ways and play to our strengths. If we do that, the wins will come. We won't change the way we do things and train."

Maximilian Dittgen: "We faced a very good Paderborn side tonight. We gave it all we had and ended up with a point. Obviously when you lead twice at home, you want to see it out. We wanted all three points but didn't get them. We'll take every point we can get."

Leart Paqarada: " In the end a draw is a fair result. It's hard to say why two leads weren't enough. We became more passive and made more mistakes going forward. Nevertheless, we had one or two opportunities to put the game to bed. We have to work on becoming more clinical again in front of goal."

Lukas Kwasniok (Paderborn coach): "I think it was a very entertaining game for the fans. We made a bad start. Our play was scrappy and we were too slow mentally. We were surprised by the power of the home team and so I'm proud of the way the lads came back. We conceded needlessly before the break, which wasn't easy to take. Over the 90 minutes we deserved the point, especially after the last few days with the transfer of Sven Michel and several players falling ill – that was perhaps our biggest statement. We go home happy and delighted to have taken a point."
