SAHIN SUFFERS MCL TEAR IN LEFT KNEE

Bitter blow for Cenk Sahin. The Turkish midfielder sustained an injury to his left knee in the game against FC Kaiserslautern on Friday evening.
An examination conducted by club doctors Sebastian Schneider and Volker Carrero on Saturday morning revealed that Sahin has partially torn the medial collateral ligament in his left knee. He will be out of action for the next four weeks.
