New online ticketing features for home games

Since the start of the season we have been using Eventim's new online shop for the sale of match tickets for home games at the Millerntor. With immediate effect, you can only log in to the online ticket shop using your email address, and not by entering your user name as before. The in-shop secondary market solution also offers new features. i.e. if you have a ticket for an evening kick-off, you can now offer it for sale to another fan online on the day of the game.

The new responsive online ticket shop, which has been in operation since the start of the season, offers several advantages over its predecessor. Tickets can now be ordered with any device (such as a smartphone or tablet) and operating system, for example. Thanks to its neat and user-friendly design, the new shop also allows you to order match tickets even more easily and quickly.

We would also like to draw your attention to two changes to the online ticket shop that apply with immediate effect:

Point 1: email login

From now on, it will only be possible to log in to the online ticket shop using your email address (instead of your user name). This change makes things easier for users, as it allows you to log in with your email address rather than having to remember a specific user name.

If you usually use your user name to log in, you will be requested to enter a valid email address the next time you log in. Your password remains the same.

Please note: only one valid email address per person can be used as a login. If you enter an email address that is used by someone else, an error message will appear and you will be asked to enter a valid address.

If you have any problems or questions regarding your login, please contact the FC St. Pauli Service Centre by sending an email to kartencenter@fcstpauli.com.

We recommend that you sign in using your login before the start of the next sales phase and make the change in advance.

Anyone who has bought tickets online in the past already has login details for the online ticket shop. If you order tickets online, whether it's a season sub, a home ticket or an away ticket, please use your usual login details in all our shops. Do not create a new account.

If you forget your password, you can use the Forgot Password function in the online ticket shop, entering your user name/email address to reset your password.

Point 2: secondary market closing on matchday

The launch of the new online ticket shop has brought about a change in the official secondary market for tickets. Clubsale, a secondary market solution integrated in the online ticket shop, has replaced Fansale as the authorised resale platform. Clubsale was well used for the opening two home matches against Darmstadt (10 Aug) and Köln (2 Sep), with some 450 tickets per game changing hands.

Previously, you could only sell tickets or purchase secondary market tickets up to one day before the game. We have now extended our service and made it possible to buy and sell tickets on the day of the game when it is an evening kick-off.

Secondary market closing times:

- Saturday/Sunday games: Clubsale closes at 2300 CET on the previous day

- Evening kick-offs (e.g. Friday/Monday or midweek): Clubsale closes at 1400 CET on the day of the game

Anyone buying tickets via the secondary market from five days before the game can collect them from the East Stand (Gegengerade) ticket outlets from two hours before kick-off on matchday.

As the ticket office has to print the tickets and put them back for collection, it is not possible (yet) for ticket holders to sell on tickets online any later. Nevertheless, we hope this new system will allow people who are unable to get to the game at short notice to sell on their ticket.

We would like to thank all holders of tickets who use Clubsale to sell on their tickets, thus enabling other fans who rely on the secondary market because of the high demand for tickets to go to games that have sold out. It remains our objective to minimise the no-show rate at home games and put a stop to the black market with the official secondary market.
