TICKET REFUND INFORMATION

In the wake of the assembly held by German Football League (DFL) on Thursday and the concept presented at that meeting for matches to be played behind closed doors, we wish to inform all ticketholders how we intend to proceed with regard to purchased tickets. We have given this a lot of thought and held many meetings in recent weeks. In a situation that is anything but normal, we are aware that many fans are impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, too.

In general, all ticketholders are entitled to a refund and we will meet our obligations in this respect! We will not avail ourselves of any future statutory provisions that provide for the making of refunds through the issue of vouchers. As such, all fans will be offered a straightforward refund.

We have also received lots of messages from fans wishing to waive their right to a refund. In all honesty, this makes us very happy and yes, it does help! Ultimately, though, it is up to each individual to decide whether they want a refund or wish to go without in part or in full.

Information for holders of season tickets, season packages and away season tickets plus advance details on the start of ticket sales for the 2020/2021 season can be found on our German site here: https://www.fcstpauli.com/news/aktuelle-infos-aus-dem-kartencenter-nach-der-mitgliederversammlung-der-dfl/.

Tickets purchased for the game against Nürnberg will be refunded in full. All tickets bought online or over the phone will be refunded automatically to the account used when making the purchase.

You do not need to take any further action. Payments will be made automatically in June.

Only those people who bought their tickets from the ticket office are required to return the tickets, quoting their bank account details. This can be done by post or in person as soon as the ticket office re-opens. These tickets will then be refunded accordingly. Anyone who has purchased a ticket will receive an email from us, insofar as we have the email address.

Tickets purchased in the members sale for the games against Heidenheim, Erzgebirge Aue and Jahn Regensburg will also be refunded automatically. Again, the full ticket price will be remitted to the account used when making the purchase.

Please do not take any action yourselves. The payments will be made automatically in June.

Everyone who bought a ticket will receive a separate email from us, insofar as we have the email address.

Anyone not wishing a refund for one of these four games is kindly requested to send a quick email to kartencenter@fcstpauli.com, quoting the ticket number. We will then get back to you.

All tickets purchased for the away game at Darmstadt will be taken back and refunded. Everyone who ordered tickets over the phone or via email will receive a written communication regarding the refund process. Those who bought their tickets over the counter are kindly requested to return the tickets, quoting their bank account details. This can be done by post or in person as soon as the ticket office re-opens. These tickets will then be refunded accordingly.

We all know the current situation is difficult for everybody. Nevertheless, the ticket office staff are glad to be getting back in contact with you, albeit to organise refunds rather than the sale of tickets for games, a moment that all of us are looking forward to again. Although we can't be found at the ticket office during this crisis period, we can be contacted by calling +49 40 - 317 874 510) or sending an email to kartencenter@fcstpauli.com.

Until then, stay well!
